The brutal honesty of Ashe’s “Hope You’re Not Happy” is a refreshing heel turn for the singer. It’s diametrically opposed to the self-growth and forgiveness preached in “Moral of the Story,” her stratospherically successful single that earned an update with 1D’s Niall Horan. “I hope that it’s hard to get out of bed/I hope you get angry about me.” Ouch.
